 Open structure facilitates washing and draining - Made to handle small products
- Handles loads up to 1.8lbs/sq. ft. at standard belt speeds variable from 9 to 36 feet per minute at the inside radius
- Supplied as standard with washdown variable speed motor drive to suit 220–240/380–415 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycle supply
- Either direction of product travel can be specified
- Wire belt used is Flat-Flex® stainless steel tapered mesh approximate 1/4” pitch at inside radius and up to 13/32” at outside, with a wire diameter .062”
- Free rotating small end transfers
- Stainless steel shafting used throughout
- Stainless steel leg frame and fastenings
- Stainless steel brackets and polyethylene snubbing discs
- Drive shaft sprockets in high density polyethylene
